In simplest terms, the FGF awards points for what make us feel good—our bodies, our morals, and our dinner tables. We reward companies we feel are doing well and mark down those we think have identifiable room for improvement.

No. While the majority of products featured on this site are fully plant based, there are some products that contain honey, dairy, and eggs.

We have made sure to clearly mark those items that are non-vegan so you can take that into account when making your own shopping decisions!
